Our membership provides you with access a fully-equipped licensed commercial with access to the food industry community, affordable kitchen space, flexible booking, support in getting proper permits, and resources to help you grow your business. FILL OUT AN INTEREST FORM

We want to learn more about your new, developing, or existing food business! Take 10 minutes to fill out our interest form to tell us about the basics of your business. All new, interested businesses must complete an interest form.

Our team reviews new inquires on a bi-weekly basis. Our team will be in touch 7-10 business days after your interest form submission to address necessary steps to move your application process forward - this includes the completion and proof of permits and documents for The Commissary.

Every business that applies to The Commissary needs to complete and have proof of documents 1-5 from the permits and documents list before they can become an accepted member. Before contacting our team, please review the required permits and documents you’ll need to operate as a legal business in Monroe County and within The Commissary. On this document, you’ll find initial membership costs for joining our kitchen.

Please note that our team is accessible by appointment only - we cannot take walk-ins at this time.

ONBOARDING TO BECOME A MEMBER

Our team will work with you to schedule an initial meeting to learn more about you and your business, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you may have. After this meeting, we’ll work with you to gather the required permits and documents for membership and begin the onboarding process!
